Amazon Fulfilment Center, Bilaspur

One of our biggest projects to date, this Amazon fulfilment centre was an expansive project that spanned an area of 6 lac sq ft. Our team was responsible for land identification, consolidation, conversion/ compliances, design, construction (both civil and plumbing), and aspects of the project that dealt with the leasing agreement with Amazon.

Amazon Sorting Center, Haryana

A major turnkey project for one of the key sorting centres for Amazon in the NCR region, this 1,45,000 sq ft. sorting centre was developed on an 8-acre property in Manesar. Our team was responsible for end-to-end management of this project- from land identification, due diligence, deal structuring, change of land use documents, and lease registration, to design and construction of the project. It was successfully delivered to the client within 4 months from start to finish.

Amazon Fulfilment Center, Jamalpur

Proposed as one of the biggest facility buildings for Amazon, this project also marked the foundation of our long-term collaboration with the company. Completed in 2019, our team handled end-to-end compliances, design, and infrastructure development for the project. It has now moved into Phase 2 of construction.

Smart Works, Hyderabad

Developed as a large co-working space for Smartworks in 2018, this project was our second collaboration with the company. We developed and implemented a turnkey construction solution for the site. In addition, we managed the entire interior fit out and retro fitting for the project. The co-working space includes multiple conference rooms, meeting rooms, open workspaces, a game zone, a cafeteria, and a medical room.

After two successful projects in Kolkata and Hyderabad, we collaborated with Smartworks for a third time to develop this co-working space in Gurugram, Haryana.
