An industry titan with over 30 years of experience, Rajeev K Bansal is the Managing Director of Hi-Tech Engineers and Consultants Pvt Ltd. Rajiv specializes in engineering consulting, project and cost management, and on-site construction. A highly accomplished engineer, Rajiv has spearheaded numerous projects for some of the biggest companies in India- Bharti Airtel, Genpact, DHL, Siemens, UNOC, etc., as well as huge projects in Japan, ASEAN, Middle East, and the UK.
Rajiv has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from YMCA University of Science and Technology, Faridabad. His other areas of expertise include project management, technical due diligence, risk assessment & management, quality assurance, performance management & improvement, and project planning.
Hietesh Shreedhar, Founder and CEO, CurationTech
Hietesh Shreedhar is a construction, warehouse automation, and real estate specialist with close to 15 years experience in the field. He began his career at DLF Laing O’Rourke as a Commercial Manager, and then went on to work with several engineering, construction, and real-estate companies before founding CurationTech India- a turnkey delivery solutions firm which provides end to end consulting & contracting solutions to clients involved in the construction industry, in 2011. Hietesh was personally responsible for business development and client servicing for CurationTech India and oversaw the company’s growth from a start-up to an established business that generated more than a million dollars in revenue within the first three years. CurationTech now serves customers from India, USA, Japan, and Europe.
Shaileshwar Yadav, Co-founder and Principal Architect, S+V Architects
An accomplished architect with over 12 years’ experience, Shaileshwar Yadav co-founded S+ V architects in 2008 with a vision to design and build better hospitable spaces across all sectors in India. As Managing Partner and Principal Architect at S+V Architects, he manages the design and supervision of multiple high-end and experimental projects. A firm believer in sustainability, his experience and dedication to building hospitable spaces has helped him carve a niche for himself within the industry. Under his leadership, S+V Architects has worked with several high-end clients including Amazon, Logos, Cadbury, Myntra, Flipkart, etc. Shaileshwar earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Technology and Economics, Budapest, Hungary.
Vinita Yadav, Co-founder and Architect, S+V Architects
As the lead designer of S+V Architects, Vinita’s expertise lies in residential spaces and interior designing. She manages operations with Shaileshwar, and together they have designed spaces for multiple industries including hospitality, educational spaces, multi-specialty hospitals, and personal residences.
Initially a doctor by profession, Vinita changed courses and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Aayojan School of Architecture, Jaipur.
